Phone Broke, no warranty!!?

I had an LG Xenon and it got wet on a water ride (not very wet at all) I took the back (and battery) off blew it with a hairdryer left it on the vent for 2 days without battery in it etc. its been 5 days doesn't work no warranty/insurance on the phone.

I went on ebay and looked at the Nokia n71x, Blackberry Bold, Blackberry Curve 8900 and I can't decide what to get.

I have heard blackberrys have trackball problems and I don't want to have to deal with that.

(I really like the Blackberry Bold but it only has a 2.0 megapixel camera)

If you are scared of the trackball,then best then just to stick to the Nokia device. Blackberry phones in general are supposed to be really good phones.
